Community Educators

IMG_0146The Beit Midrash Kehilati (community learning center) is a model generally employing one couple to serve as shlichim together to teach, strengthen and inspire their ‘host community’.  Based on the needs of the community and its resources, the Beit Midrash model may accommodate additional ‘shlichim’.

Both husband and wife are trained to lead both formal and informal educational activities both in the schools and within the adult communities, whether based around a Synagogue or a Community Center.

The family of shlichim are trained to serve as a cohesive role model family committed to both their practise of Judaism and adherence to Zionist ideals.
